This Policy is effective June 2008.
For each visitor to our web site, we do not automatically collect information regarding users' domain, IP, or email addresses. We do collect information from those who communicate with us via e-mail or otherwise volunteer information to us, such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, telephone number. The information we collect is used by LogLogic and our service providers to improve the content of our web site or for other LogLogic business purposes. Collected information is not shared, provided, or rented to other organizations for commercial purposes. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such telephone calls, please let us know by sending us e-mail at the above address.
With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
Upon request, we will provide site visitors with access to any information that we may have collected and that we maintain about them. It is not the intent of LogLogic to gather any information about children under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without their consent, he or she should contact us at the email address above. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will remove such information from our files.
With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. As required by law, we will disclose any breach of the security, confidentiality or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored personal data to you via email or conspicuous posting on the LogLogic site in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, subject to (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and to restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.
LogLogic cooperates with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law.
