I receve this error ? can any one help

Here's what our developer said:

I just took a glance at the corresponding lasso code for this error, that error seems to indicate that the sending data to logapp fails. This is normal if there are intermittent network issues between lasso and logapp of if the logapp itself is being rebooted or shutdown.

logapp is syslog-ng server which is running for other linux hosts and is runing fine

but the windows hosts continue with the error after rebooting

can we disble such message if possible to get log in eventlogger?

Is it possible Lasso is trying to send a message before the network is fully configured on the host? Do these messages persist or just a few at startup?
