Hi there,

its my first time working with windows log software.

I've installed Lasso 4.0.5 on my Windows 2003 Server but nothing happens. Only an Error shows me that it doesnt work.

Maybe i'm incapable to install the software?

The Error Message i get is:
Error: CNTService::StartService():Service has not started, Error code 1063.

Hope someone can help me, it's very important.
