purpose
allows easy management of multiple user account permissions at once on loglogic appliances via the web service API.

this utility may only function properly when working with loglogic appliance software version 4.6.1

added basic user dump/export capability. dumps to c:\out.txt for now. will polish it up in later revisions.

fixed a bug where if you logged into the appliance twice (ie. to refresh the user list) changing permissions would go haywire.

added batch user creation! (tools menu)
added 'save as' dialog to the user export function (tools menu)
